Distilled & Chilled Sundays: The Spirit of Fermanagh

About

Just three miles apart in the rolling Lakelands of rural County Fermanagh, two families have been quietly honing their crafts. One runs Inishmacsaint Brewery, producing small-batch beers that reflect the character and heritage of the region. The other operates The Boatyard Distillery, known globally and featured in many of the world's top 50 bars, crafting carefully balanced spirits infused with local botanicals and steeped in tradition.

This summer, for the first time, the two families are coming together to celebrate their shared passion for quality, craftsmanship, and local culture.
"Distilled & Chilled: The Spirit of Fermanagh" is a premium Sunday afternoon event At The Boatyard Distillery, designed to immerse guests in the flavours and stories of this unique corner of Ireland.

Attendees will be welcomed with a complimentary Spirit of Fermanagh Cocktail or Craft Beer on arrival, before embarking on a curated tasting journey through the brewery's bold, characterful beers and the distillery's award-winning gins. Alongside the drinks, artisan lite bites will highlight the best of local produce, perfectly complementing the tasting experience.

Live traditional Irish music from talented local musicians will provide a lively, intimate soundtrack from 4:30–6:30pm, enhancing the relaxed, celebratory atmosphere. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of return coach transfers from Enniskillen Castle, ensuring the focus remains on enjoyment, connection, and discovery.

This event is more than just a tasting; it is a celebration of Fermanagh's cultural heritage, the creativity of two neighbouring families, and the joy of spending a chilled afternoon with like-minded enthusiasts. Whether savouring a carefully crafted beer, sipping a locally distilled gin, or listening to traditional music by the lakes, attendees will experience the very best of Fermanagh in a single, unforgettable session.

Tickets include the welcome drink, curated tastings, artisan bites and live music, as well as optional coach transfers — everything needed to raise a glass to community, craftsmanship, and local flavour.
