Get the right angle on angling in Enniskillen (26 Apr – 1 May 2026)

Enniskillen is Northern Ireland’s angling capital, and one of the world’s foremost coarse angling destinations. By coarse angling, we’re talking roach, rudd, perch, bream, pike and hybrids. The shoals of roach and bream that move through the River Erne are legendary, and each April/May sees hundreds of coarse anglers descend upon the riverbanks and lakeshores for the annual Classic and Mahons festivals. You don’t have to be a dedicated or even casual angler to get swept up in the atmosphere and buzz in the town centre.
