This impressive detached residence with panoramic picturesque views of the Mourne Mountains occupies a prime rural site less than 3 miles from Kilkeel town. The house consists of 7 bedrooms (a mix of twin and double rooms, sleeping 14), 2 fully equiped kitchens, 2 sitting rooms each with a log burner, 2 sunrooms/dining rooms, 5 bathrooms/ensuites. Bed linen and towels supplied. Travel cot (bedding not supplied) and high chair available. Free wifi. Oil fired underfloor heating throughout the property. Large securable private garden with spacious parking facilities and seated patio area.

The Mournes is an area of outstanding natural beauty and offers a wealth of sporting activities for all ages and abilities. Ramble through or climb the range of mountains, walk or cycle through the stunning countryside. If you are looking for a challenge why not try one of the top mountain biking trail centres in Ireland only 7 miles along the coast. Have a go at fishing or wind surfing in Carlingford Lough. If you are looking for a golfing break you have Kilkeel Golf Course on your doorstep, Royal County Down and Warrenpoint Golf Courses are just 13 miles away. The Greencastle to Greenore Ferry is now up and running on a daily basis.
Tour the area and see some of the stunning locations where Game of Thrones was filmed - including Tullymore Forest Park (where the very first scene was filmed!), just 13 miles away. View one of the famous Game of Thrones doors, made out of fallen trees from the Dark Hedges, in the Percy French restaurant in Newcastle.
