Furnished to a high standard, it sleeps six and cot.

Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area with wood burning stove, one bedroom, shower room and lavatory. Upstairs: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath.

The layout is ideal for entertaining friends and family in privacy. Children will enjoy exploring nature in safety and the patio area and barbecue are ideal for summer parties.

It is an ideal base to enjoy the majestic Fermanagh Lakelands, situated a mile from a public jetty at Rossigh Bay; it is ideally located for holiday makers who wish to indulge in water sports and to explore Fermanagh by lake. There are many things to do and see in this picturesque area including: canoeing, fishing, sailing, kayaking and windsurfing, to name just a few. Enjoy beautiful walks on Primrose Farm Fermanagh.

It is just a mile from Castle Archdale Country Park, which boasts a deer enclosure, butterfly garden, horse riding, cycle trails, water sports, tearooms and a World War Two exhibition. Enjoy a game of golf at the Manor House or Lough Erne Golf Resort.

While Primrose Cottage is an ideal rural retreat, it is simultaneously within easy driving distance of various towns and villages including Enniskillen, Ireland's only island town, which boasts numerous restaurants, boutiques, a theatre, museums and plenty of historic architecture. Donegal is a 30 minute drive, where holidaymakers can enjoy a day at the beach, surfing in the Atlantic Ocean or riding the amusements.

Whether visiting relatives, exploring the area or just getting away to relax, you can be assured of a warm welcome and we will do all we can to make your stat as enjoyable as possible. A welcome basket including tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits is provided.

Strictly no dogs except Assistance/Guide Dogs. Rental price includes electric, hot water, heating, towels and linen.
