All that is expected from you, is that you come along to relax and enjoy what the experience holds for you. Light Refreshments will be provided in the Temple of the Winds.

Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. Please wear warm and comfortable clothing.
