About

Step into The Sound Spa for safe and restorative sound experiences. Discover your limitless potential through our sound-based wellness, self-discovery, and destination experiences.

Join Tessa Ann and the team at The Sound Spa as they deliver a range of sound-based wellness experiences, including gong baths and workshops. Indulge in relaxation, ease stress and anxiety, and elevate your mood with bespoke or bookable sessions tailored to your needs.

The term 'sound bath' can be a little misleading — there's no water involved! Instead, you are immersed in a soothing wave of sound.

The Sound Spa's Sound Bath experiences combine Tessa Ann's carefully curated soundscapes with the healing vibrations of instruments such as gongs, bowls, voice, and other tools. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, therapeutic benefits, and overall well-being.

With 27 years of experience in the sound and music industry, Tessa Ann blends her expertise in sound-based well-being with a passion for bringing her experiences to iconic locations around Northern Ireland. She now creates and delivers sound-based tourism experiences, bringing her innovative approach to tourism and well-being.

Monthly Sound Bath experiences and events are held at The Sound Spa Studio in Temple, Lisburn, as well as in stunning locations across Northern Ireland, including Strangford Lough, the Mournes, Navan Fort, and the Fermanagh Lakes.

The Sound Spa also offers cutting-edge, high-tech experiences at the Sonic Lab, part of the Sonic Arts Research Centre at Queen's University Belfast, and the Dome at Armagh Observatory & Planetarium.

Our sessions are perfect for individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating opportunities for relaxation and connection for everyone. The Sound Spa also caters to the wider lourism markets, offering bespoke experiences for corporate events, incentive markets and discerning travellers. Requests for MICE and luxury experiences contct Tessa at info@thesoundhealingspa.com.

Full programme of 2025 events and courses are avaiable from the Sound Spa Experiences  website.
