Raise your Bread Game

39 Syonee Road, Fintona, County Tyrone, BT78 2NY
Bread Stack

About

This is an enjoyable hands-on workshop, where you get to mix, knead, shape and bake your own bread.

During this workshop we will begin the pleasurable journey of baking a simple yet foundational recipe which we will use to progress your knowledge and confidence to bake various types of bread.

The journey takes you through a quick bread, to a loaf, to an enriched dough, to a flat unleavened bread. You will also take home your handmade bakes and recipe sheets to start your own home-baking journey.

Sample recipes may include:
* Soda Bread - A quick 4 ingredient Irish bread made in less than 40 minutes, and can have additional ingredients added to make it savoury (eg garlic and/or herbs) or sweet (eg dried fruits, or even chocolate!!!)

We will even give you some recipes to turn your leftover or stale bread into something delicious!
