About
Nestled in the idyllic countryside of Fintona, County Tyrone, Meadowclere, we provide bespoke workshops in cooking and baking from scratch including delicious Irish Cuisine. In a relaxed home kitchen, we create a hands-on atmosphere with plenty of time to ask questions, try techniques and, of course, taste along the way.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with refreshments and homemade bakes before diving into their cooking session. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, and take‑home recipes are provided, and everything created during the workshop can be brought home.
Workshops are by appointment and crafted to be both enjoyable and achievable, leaving every participant inspired and more confident in their everyday cooking.
