Couple's Cookery Classes Love LegenDerry Advert

About

An interactive cooking experience where couples get to cook and eat their way through dishes made with local produce and LegenDerry ingredients.

We love to cook - and eat! So let us show you some of our favourite recipes, filled with LegenDerry flavours and produce from local artisan companies.

On arrival you'll be greeted with a delicious cheeseboard with products from Dart Mountain Cheese, as well as soft drinks, tea and coffee. You'll then go to your cooking stations and be shown how to make a beautiful sweet and savoury charcuterie board, filled with local and LegenDerry produce.

Chef Fairley will show you some tricks for how to light your own charcoal BBQ (that's braai to us) and then you'll cook your choice of ribeye steak or Foyle Bia Mara mussels on the BBQ, as well a delicious sauce back at your cooking station. To finish your main, you'll be given some freshly baked bread and Broighter Gold Rapeseed Oil and a green salad to complete the meal.

Dessert to be confirmed - but trust it will be a spectacular finish to a LegenDerry event.
