Sleeps up to 10 people. Large luxury contemporary and open plan beach house with direct beach access set upon 1.3 acres of land. Views from every room - Beach, Mountain, Castle views. Set upon stunning scenery overlooking Carlingford Lough with  beach access. Beds and bedrooms can be adapted in a few ways to accommodate different guest types. 

Walking distance to Carlingford Ferry

It sits between amazing golf courses - Royal County Down, Newcastle, Mourne Golf Club (Kilkeel and Warrenpoint) and Greenore Golf Club.

The house is also ideal for those interested in hiking/climbing in the Mourne mountains, walking the beaches along the mourne scenic route and mountain biking.

The house also caters for large family gatherings/groups.
