This brand new luxury apartment comprises of three bedrooms all en suite sleeping a total of eight persons very comfortably with all mod cons, a very large open kitchen dinner and living room, main bathroom and two balcony’s over looking the sea and promenade in the heart of Newcastle. Set in the idyllic surroundings of the Mourne Mountains and Newcastle Beach. “The Views” is central to all amenities in the heart of Newcastle.

Step outside your door and you can stroll along the award winning promenade, relax on the beach ,or feeling energetic there are a variety of mountain walks. Visit Tollymore forest park, Castlewellan forest park, Murlough Nature Reserve and Beach, where outdoor pursuits can be provided or just enjoy the stunning views. Take a break and refuel with a visit to the many local contemporary coffee houses, restaurants, and bars, such as the award winning Hugh McCann’s café, bar, deli which offers light lunches to gourmet dinners in the restaurant and cool refreshments in the large beer gardens.

Just steps away are Newcastle Leisure Centre with Tropicana outdoor swimming pool, play parks for children with boating lake, go carting and mini golf, or the Perfect indoor play area CoCo’s to fill their days.

Also close to Hotels and conference facilities. Golfers are well catered for with the “Royal County Down” golf course. At nights you can open the patio doors, relax and take in the views or hit the town for dinner and drinks. Dinning out in Newcastle has many options from fast food to pub grub and fine dinning scattered along main street, there is something to suit everyone. The night can be finished with music to suit all tastes, live bands, Irish traditional, clubs, such as “O’Hares Lounge Bars” located @ the end of the promenade, a venue with a traditional Irish bar, live bands and night club “Coast” that is sure to entertain you.
