Laurel Ccottage is a spacious 3 bedroom property with a beautiful interior which combines both a modern and traditional feel to give it a well balanced finish that will suit any taste. 

3 Spacious Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and Livingroom layout offers plenty of space for a family of 6. Private patio area, ample personal parking outside property. Access to play park and extensive communal gardens.

Located just off the Castlewellan Road, 1 mile from Newcastle town center and the beach. Many shops and resturants are a short walk away not forgetting to mention Tollymore Forest Park, Castlewellan Forest Park, Murlough Natue Reserve and the Majestic Mountians of Mourne.
