Our accommodation is situated in a small quiet Forest surrounded by wildlife and nature easely reached. Destress, treat yourself with Champagne & nibbles & make your holiday special.

Our accommodation has a private entrance. The house is modern with high quality fixtures and fittings providing disabled access. With a bath and a shower, the shower has a small step in. Super King size bed, adjoining bathroom, Studio with sofabed at a lower level. Microwave fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.

Filtered water is just outside Downpatrick convenient to the Game of Thrones filming locations of Castle Ward and Inch Abbey.
Tollymore Forest Park and Leitrim Lodge are in the beautiful Mourne Mountains Idyllic for rambling and hiking.
The seaside town of Newcastle is a great spot for cafes and great restaurants. Most known for the famous Royal County Down golf course.
A great new attraction is in the neighbouring town of Ballynahinch, Montalto Estate now open to the public.
Dublin Airport is about 1.45 hours away from the accommodation and Belfast Airport 40 minutes.

We have a reliable bus and taxi service. Neighbouring towns are Downpatrick, Newcastle, Ballynahinch and Crossgar.
