Bramley's Apple Cottage

About

Amidst the beautiful countryside of County Fermanagh lies Bramley's Apple Cottage. It's part of our farmyard: an old, cut-stone, thatched cottage surrounded by 170 acres of forestry, apple orchards and farmland with walks. The cottage is close to Crom Estate, Lough Erne and the border with Cavan and Monaghan. You can fill your holiday with walking, fishing, biking, kayaking or just relaxing at our cottage.

The cottage sleeps two people and has a king size bed (handmade by a local carpenter) where you can relax after a day filled with activities; an open kitchen, living and dining area (with a sofa bed for two additional people); and a shower room with toilet. It has an electric stove, flat screen television, radio, WiFi and a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedding, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided.

The owner can provide a flask and rucksack for walks around their land filled with orchards, woodland and farmland. If you feel like a days' outing you can also visit Crom Estate, Marble Arch Caves, Florence Court, Castle Coole, Cuilcagh Mountains, Belleek, Fermanagh View Point, Monaghan, Cavan or Enniskillen town. If you want to venture out a bit further, Rossnowlagh Beach is stunning as well. Don't feel like cooking? There are two award-winning restaurants in the locality: The Watermill in Lisnaskea and the Olde Post Inn in Clover Hill. The owners can arrange drop off and pick up at the restaurants on request (please contact the owner directly to arrange). Brownlee's Bramley's has a couple of interesting events: Lady Bird releasing days (springtime), Apple Blossom time (springtime), Apple Harvest Days (autumn). Please check with the owner for exact dates.
