The property is presented to a very high standard and includes three upstairs bedrooms. One double including an ensuite, one twin room and a bedroom with a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms have been fitted with excellent storage and televisions. Downstairs there is a family bathroom, two reception rooms, including a living room and a spacious dining room. There is a well equipped kitchen and the property offers ample outside storage for fishing and other sporting equipment and a mature, enclosed garden. Off street parking is available including garage space.
Towels and bedding are provided and a travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The property is ideally situated to explore the island town of Enniskillen and the nearby countryside. Explore the local National Trust properties of Castle Coole and Florence Court House, the world renowned Marble Arch caves or the Cuilcagh Mountain trail, affectionately known as "the stairway to heaven". You can take advantage of the tranquil lakes and hire a boat or hydro bike to sample the Lakeland lifestyle or board one of the daily cruises to Devenish island.

After a hard days sightseeing, why not avail of the many bars and restaurants in the town centre or make use of the local cinema.

You may also choose to venture further afield with the bustling town of Sligo and the beaches of Donegal within an hour’s drive from the property.
