About

The house is a modern duplex style with open living/dining/kitchen, hall and utility room & toilet on ground floor. The two guest bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. Both bedrooms have double beds. The owner has the 3rd floor bedroom which is locked for private storage.

The house is perfectly located for touring Northern Ireland and is in the 'Mid Ulster' Council area.  The tourism 'Game of Thrones' sites ,Mournes, Antrim Coast, Fermanagh lakelands and Donegal are all within 1-1.5 hours drive. Being located in mid-Ulster means this is also perfect as a business commute base. On a more local base the house is within  short travel distance to Wedding Venues such as The Old Rectory , Killyman . Belfast International airport 45 minutes and Dublin airport 1.5 hours away.
