About

THE LOCATION
6 Portinode Cottages is situated in a quiet rural location on the northern shores of Lower Lough Erne, about three miles north west of Kesh, near Boa Island. It forms part of a small, exclusive development of traditionally designed, detached bungalows. No. 6 is surrounded by its own open gardens and enjoys wonderful views of nearby Hare Island and beyond to the open lough. Barbecue facilities and patio furniture are provided. It has access to its own berth in Portinode Cottages' private marina, located on the lake shore in front of the property.

THE PROPERTY
The cottage is suitable for a wide range of guests from families to couples having three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with WC and electric shower, a flat screen TV and patio doors offering views of the lake. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third has a set of bunk beds (with a small TV & DVD player). A baby cot & high chair are also available. Bed linen and towels are provided. The main bathroom has a bath.

The kitchen is attractively designed and equipped with all modern conveniences, such as an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided. The utility room includes a washer/dryer, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The dining room has a large table with six chairs and leads into the living room. Although the property is centrally heated, an open fire can provide an extra sense of cosiness. The lounge has a flat screen TV with Freeview channels, digital recorder and DVD player. The music system plays CDs and has a radio. Free WiFi is available for guests' use.
