Wellbeing Wednesday

Ulster Museum, Stranmillis Road, Botanic Gardens, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 5AB
Practise the art of Chi Me, followed by a mindful look at Ulster Museum's collections

About

Enjoy a one-hour well-being session in the Belfast Room at the Ulster Museum on the first Wednesday of the month.

You'll practice the art of Chi Me, a series of gentle, easy-to-follow movements based on traditional Tai Chi, and then take a mindful look at some of our museum's collections.

The next Wellbeing Wednesday will take place on Wednesday 5th November. Wellbeing Wednesday is free, but booking is required. Please note the November session is now fully booked.
