We are offering a 1-bedroom loft conversion, with a sofa bed in the main living area that can sleep up to another 2 people.

Minimum 2 night stay – Nightly rates varies depending on time of year. Please follow booking link for prices.

Check in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is Midday on day of departure.
On arrival you will be greeted by our property manager who will give you access to the property and show you around. We will also have a basket of fresh, locally baked scones for you on arrival.

If you are on a romantic break, for an additional charge, we can arrange for a chilled bottle of prosecco and chocolates for your arrival.

Nestled in the hills of Derry/Londonderry, our property provides the perfect setting for a relaxing country break, whilst also only being a 5-minute drive from the city centre for those that want to take in all that the historic city has to offer.

If it's a walk in the country or soaking up the local culture, whilst watching a live traditional music session, our property provides the perfect hub.

In the famous walled city of Derry/Londonderry, you will find lots of different tours, historical buildings, cultural shows, activities for all the family, restaurants and pubs.
If you are looking for a break where you want to bring your horses, for an additional charge, we also offer full boarding and riding facilities for your horses. Or why not take a stroll up and see the horses.

Our property is also approx. 30min drive from Donegal, where you can take in the beautiful beaches of Fahan or Shroove. Or visit the beautiful seaside towns of Buncrana, Moville or Greencastle.

We have a welcome pack that you can also refer to on arrival. It has lots of information on the local area, upcoming events, local bars and restaurants.
