A packed two-week programme of free and ticketed events showcasing the very best of Ards and North Down’s food and drink.

Savour seasonal tide and turf produce and some of the borough's finest food and drink in an exciting fortnight of activity which offers something for all palates.

In the lead up to the Tide and Turf Food Festival, Portavogie on 24 September enjoy this celebration of land and sea as Taste Autumn in Ards and North Down showcases our seafood, beef and harvest foods.

Restaurant experiences including surf and turf dining, meet the maker events and artisan food and drink market make up this packed programme.

Event highlights include...The Taste AND Artisan Market in Donaghadee (17 September), Stargazing at Burr Point in Ballyhalbert (22 September), Dine at the Dock hosted by celebrity chef Theo Randall (23 September) and of course, our flagship Taste Autumn event, Tide and Turf Portavogie (24 September). Tide and Turf is a free family fun event showcasing local food and drink featuring celebrity chefs Theo Randall and Suzie Lee. Enjoy this celebration of land and sea and savour the season with delicious local tide and turf produce. Find out more.
