A packed two-week programme of free and ticketed events showcasing the very best of Ards and North Down’s food and drink.

Savour seasonal tide and turf produce and some of the borough's finest food and drink in an exciting fortnight of activity which offers something for all palates.

Event highlights include...Chilli Festival at Bangor Castle Walled Garden (9 and 10 September), Stargazing at Burr Point in Ballyhalbert (31 August), Dine at the Dock hosted by celebrity chef Paula McIntyre (1 September) and of course, our flagship Taste Autumn event, Tide and Turf Portavogie (2 September). Tide and Turf is a free family fun event showcasing local food and drink featuring celebrity chef Paula McIntyre, and live music from The String Ninjas and Bangor alt rockers The Florentinas Enjoy this celebration of land and sea and savour the season with delicious local tide and turf produce. Find out more.
