Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a form of slow adventure. Therefore, it is the perfect way to switch off from the stresses of every day life. Furthermore, it helps with balance, agility and fitness. When paired with Yoga, it becomes an experiential health & fitness package perfect for holiday makers & locals alike.

The Basics of SUP will be covered in each class. The aim of each session is to paddle to an island and perform a yoga flow to maximise your connection with the outdoors.

Enjoy a light breakfast / lunch on the island before returning to shore.

Suitable for: Ages 16+, Beginners – Advanced.

What’s Included: Sup boards, Paddles, Wetsuits, Buoyancy Aids, Breakfast & Tuition

What to Bring: Yoga gear, old trainers, towel, swimwear for under wetsuit (if required), warm clothes & hat
