About

The Orange Hall was designed by William Batt and opened in 1898. It is an imposing red brick building at the top of Shankill Road known locally as the Citadel. The Hall was renamed in honour of the late Queen Elizabeth II. The Hall which is a community hub is the home of loyal orders and is a museum containing a number of artefacts relating to local history and culture, Adjacent to the main building is a terrace house contains several artefacts and set out in the style of a dwelling between the world wars.
