15ft below a field on the outskirts of Portadown lies a relic of the Cold War. The former monitoring bunker was part of a network of similar structures all over the UK built to study the effects of Nuclear explosions and the resulting radioactive fallout. Find out how our country would have coped if the Cold War had ever turned hot. Guided tours will be given by original crew members were available dressed in period uniform.
