Ulster Museum, Stranmillis Road, Botanic Gardens, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 5AB
Museum Late at the Ulster Museum

About

Bout Ye Belfast? We’re having a wee do on Thursday 22nd August and we'd love to see you there. Consider this your invitation to KEEP 'ER LIT at the Ulster Museum Late from 18:00 to 22:00 - adults only.

Expect the unexpected at the Ulster Museum Late. Get creative with life drawing, watch adult science shows and try out VR and an experimental synth station. Explore the Archaeology Neolithic Minecraft world (usually for kids! So this one's for the big kids) and follow a Trad Trail with An Droichead. Bring a tote or a t-shirt with you for some screen printing fun with NI Science Festival. Learn to play the ukelele in under ten minutes with Vicondre Music. Local DJ Marion Hawkes will be setting the mood all evening, while you explore our art, nature and science galleries after hours - plus, get inked by our tattoo artists so you can carry your favourite museum pieces with you forever.* After all, the museum belongs to you!

Who said stay and play was just for kids? Come along. Bring your mates and 'mon in!

Tickets are a fiver and bookable through the book now button up top.

The wee small print:

There'll be food stalls and bars so you can head straight to the museum after work.
You can show up any time between 18:00 and 22:00.
Anyone availing of a free member ticket will need to produce their membership card on arrival.
No vaping/smoking inside.
