You can also enjoy a tour of the Threads of Empowerment exhibition with Roberta Bacic, curator of the Conflict Textiles collection. For this event there will be a special focus on the textiles from Africa that are currently on display in the exhibition.
Hear from Patrick Corrigan from Amnesty International who will be speaking on the importance of human rights in 2024. He'll discuss Amnesty's flagship Write for Rights initiative – the world's biggest human rights campaign. Get involved by making a special piece of textile art as part of Amnesty's global campaign.
