Join us in this hands-on Bread Making Class for a morning of bread baking in which you will:

Learn the how, what and why of traditional bread making.

Bake from scratch your own Focaccia and Cinnamon Buns.

Make your own Sourdough Starter and have this to take home.

Learn about the different types of flour including organically grown, Irish stone ground flours.

Have a go at different kneading techniques.

Learn about different raising agents from simple baking soda to harnessing wild yeasts to make your own sourdough starter ( easier than you think !).

Learn how to start and maintain your own sourdough starter

See the process of making Sourdough Bread and learn about the nutritional benefits of sourdough.

Pick up top tips to elevate your baking
