About

Wee Buns Cookery School is located in the beautiful countryside of CountyTyrone on the outskirts of the village of Moy. We are just 45 minutes from Belfast and 5 minutes from Junction 15 on the M1.

We offer a range of cooking and baking classes in a small purpose built kitchen for adults and children. Our classes focus on using the best quality ingredients, making the most of local and seasonal produce.

Whether you are an absolute beginner wanting to learn some cooking and baking classics or a more seasoned cook we have classes to suit. You will learn key skills and techniques in a fun and friendly environment, that will allow you to cook and bake with confidence. And you will have a selection of our great, tried and tested recipes to take home. Cookery classes are a combination of demonstration and hands-on classes and anything made during the class is yours to take home. Classes are small allowing for close personal tuition. All ingredients, recipes and refreshments are provided.

Mary Anne is a trained chef with many years professional experience . After completing a degree inbusiness she decided to pursue a long held passion for cooking and attended the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork. She has trained in numerous restaurants including the former Michelin starred Roscoff in Belfast and the Michelin starred River Cafe in London. She had a vibrant and busy stall selling baked goods, jams and jellies at St. George's Market in Belfast for many years.

Classes for private groups can be arranged. Please email info@weebuns.com for enquiries.
