About

Waterman House Cookery school is one of Irelands leading cooking schools.

Our cookery school offers a range of day, evening classes for all ages and abilities. We aim to celebrate great cooking skills at all levels, demystifying and engaging the class to learn new skills that will enable you to make delicious dishes that can be prepared quickly or in advance to be enjoyed with family and friends at home.

Our classes are informal and relaxed, but well-structured and feature a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking. We run our kitchen with you in mind, we remove the jargon and ensure equipment being used can be found in most homes. At the end of most classes, you will sit down together to enjoy the food that has been cooked along with a glass of wine, coffee or tea.
