Located in the district which was once home to many of the city’s press offices, The Reporter Bar honours Belfast’s newspaper printing and publishing heritage, while supporting local produce and talent from all over Northern Ireland.

Situated on Union Street, neighbouring the Irish News offices and the old Belfast Telegraph building, the intimate bar’s warm and welcoming interior is clad with artefacts and memorabilia, illustrating the city’s colourful history through the eyes of the press.

With weekly entertainment running Monday-Saturday, we have free entry events to suit all tastes, from arts and crafting, quizzes, bingo and live music for local artists. Local products make the headlines at The Reporter. Craft beers from Northern Ireland breweries, such as Beer Hut, Bullhouse and Lacada, are proudly poured alongside local spirits like Belfast Vodka, Hinch Whiskey and Ninth Wave Gin.

The Reporter is a dog-friendly bar, open 7 days a week, from 2pm until 1am.
