About

The Boulevard has over 50 stores offering a host of exclusive brands, always with 30% to 70% off the RRP, across a range of products.

We are the largest dedicated outlet in Ireland, with a huge choice of your favourite brands including: Nike, M&S Outlet, Next Outlet, Timberland and many more. You will also find a choice of restaurants and cafes including Starbucks, Costa and Burger King.

We are easily located just 25 minutes south of Belfast and 10 minutes north of Newry, on the main A1 carriageway at Banbridge. What’s more, as a leading European outlet destination, the Euro is widely accepted.

Parking is free. We also provide free Wi-Fi and free mobility services for visitors. Many free events are held at The Boulevard across the year. Check out our website or Facebook page to find out more details.

The Boulevard welcomes all coach companies and passengers. All coach parties will be greeted by a customer services representative and receive a special welcome briefing. We will ensure that everyone in your party receives a store directory with map and a special offer booklet which gives extra discount in addition to the everyday savings of between 30% to 70% off RRP.

To help our customers, we provide a Visitor Services welcome desk in unit 32, where our team are looking forward to assisting you with any questions you may have during your visit.
