The Mourne Mountains are home to an unmatched network of trails and peaks, giving hikers of all abilities a wealth of options in the area. Many of the more challenging hiking trails are set in the Mournes’ higher elevations, however, in the lower areas of the Mournes, there are also fantastic accessible hiking trails – there is truly something for everyone. All groups are led by fully qualified Mountain Leaders, who are certified first aiders and are fully insured.

The Timeless Trails of the Magnificent Mournes Experience - our guided adventure takes you through some of the most captivating viewpoints in the Mourne Mountains. This adventure is perfect for those who love nature, history, and scenic beauty. Led by a highly experienced local guide, you’ll embark on a 1.4-mile stroll from the car park to explore the rich history and legends of the area. Discover the tales of Slieve Lough Shannagh, the mystical lake of the fox, and learn about the construction of the iconic Mourne Wall. Enjoy the exquisite flora and fauna, including sightings of Meadow Pipits, Ravens, Grouse, Buzzards, Kestrels, Peregrine Falcons, and possibly Red Kites. Family Adventures - we offer a range of exciting Family Adventures designed to create unforgettable memories for families. All family adventures are led by fully qualified Mountain Leaders who are certified first aiders and fully insured, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone
2-Day Family Expeditions are perfect for families looking to spend quality time together while exploring the beautiful Mourne Mountains. The expeditions include guided hikes and camping.
Family Wild Camping: Experience the thrill of wild camping with your family. This activity allows you to connect with nature and enjoy the serenity of the outdoors.
Family Navigation Training: Learn the basics of navigation and orienteering as a family. This training is both fun and educational, helping you develop essential outdoor skills.
Private Guiding - we can assist you if you are looking for something more unique or more challenging, we are always delighted to create custom hiking adventures. Flexible hiking routes that can be adjusted to your ability, experience and commitments.
