About

What if after a cold plunge in the sea you could cosy into a sauna and sweat it out with your nearest and dearest?

HotBox is Northern Ireland's original sea sauna and is open every Thursday to Sunday at Benone Strand. Your slot can be booked through our online booking system at www.hotboxseasauna.com. Choose from a variety of sessions in our wood fired sauna;

- Hot Slot - 90mins - This session is how we designed the sauna to be enjoyed with the perfect amount of time to go between the sea and the sauna and thoroughly relax and unwind. Don't believe us? Try it for yourself!

- Swift Slot - 60mins - Ideally we recommend this slot to anyone who is new to HotBox or has a smaller group.

- Sauna Socials - 90mins - £25 per person - a communal session for anyone who wants to sauna without the hassle of organising a group of buddies.

- We also cater longer sessions for larger groups and run a variety of special events throughout the year.

HotBox has a changing room which allows you to strip down to your bathers in privacy, and comfortable outdoor seating for those who prefer to cool down in the fresh sea breeze rather than bracing the icy water.

All you need to bring is your swimsuit, 2 towels and prepare to be thoroughly refreshed.
