About

Create life-long memories and discover hidden gems along the coast as you cruise from Carrickfergus Castle to The Gobbins. This bespoke private charter tour immerses you in stunning coastal scenery, history and nature, for a truly authentic Northern Irish experience.

Your adventure begins at Carrickfergus Marina, situated beside an imposing Norman castle, before journeying through Belfast Lough towards Whitehead, an idyllic Victorian seaside village with a colourful array of houses facing seawards. You will then enjoy scenic views of Blackhead Lighthouse before reaching the Gobbins, renowned for its Victorian Cliff Path Walk. Including tunnels and suspension bridges which were recently rebuilt, it is an engineering spectacle. Because we are not restricted by how far we can go, we get a full view of all the caves, the bridges and beyond the current walk-way.

Declared an Area of Special Scientific Interest due to the colonies of breeding seabirds, unusual geological features and wide range of marine plant life, the Gobbins is one of Northern Ireland’s best kept secrets. It is also home to Northern Ireland’s only mainland colony of Puffins. Guillemots, Razorbills, Cormorants, Kittiwakes and Shags have also made this amazing location their home. We regularly see an abundance of Lions Mane jellyfish here during the summer and curious seals are always ready to peep out of the water to say hello.

This is an adventurous sea tour on a ten seater RHIB vessel.  It is a private charter with only your group onboard.  Enjoyment and safety are our priority. Our boat is fully Coded and kitted out with your comfort and safety in mind. Our Skippers are fully qualified and experienced commercial skippers and OCN Accredited Tour Guides.
