Run by husband and wife team, Kevin and Julie Hickey, this beautiful experience gives visitors an exclusive peek into the world of artisan cheese production. Collaborating closely with local farmers and sourcing the finest local ingredients, Kevin and Julie take immense pride in crafting not only exquisite cheeses but also arange of flavourful chutneys, relishes, and craft drizzles.
