About

Caroline is passionate about Northern Irish food and about Belfast. She wants visitors to see and understand more about both of them. So her tours take you into quiet streets and behind closed doors to meet the inventive people who are using fantastic Northern Ireland ingredients in  innovative ways, to create world-class products. These producers have an infectious love for their food and drink and are happy to share it, to talk about it and to show you how to taste it. This is a great way to discover the real spirit of the people of Belfast – and enjoy some fabulous food.
