The Northern Whig

About

This specialist cocktail bar is bright, stylish and chic, with the square bar on the central floor being the focal point.

It is not a case of style over substance, as Head Chef Rick Orr's menus are carefully planned in accordance with the seasons and the ingredients are sourced locally.

Think shallow fried Brie on potato bread with balsamic onions and local venison with red cabbage and juniper jus.

The cocktails are designed and served by award winning staff.
