About

Get ready for six courses of local, seasonal cuisine at this famous pop-up culinary experience. This is a dining experience like no other and an absolute must for any (and all!) food-lovers.

The Slemish Market Supper Club is regarded fondly by all who’ve been fortunate enough to attend. Hosted in venues around Ballymena, the Glens of Antrim and Northern Ireland every month, chef Rob spends entire weeks meticulously preparing the mouth-watering six-course meal that you’ll get to enjoy.

Each dish features only the finest ingredients, selected for their quality and taste, to demonstrate the incredible quality levels on offer in Northern Ireland. Every month's bespoke menu consists of a drink, appetiser, starter, fish main course, meat main course and dessert, with ingredients chosen to take advantage of regional and seasonal availability.

More than just eating delicious food and drinking magnificent wine, at the Slemish Supper Club you can expect to spend a fabulous evening meeting new acquaintances, and learning all about how the food you'll enjoy was sourced, prepared and more. Chef Rob brings his menu to life with words and with food. Every single ingredient is essential to the picture Rob paints, and it will leave you, and your palate, blown away.
