THE CATALINA RESTAURANT
This light and spacious room with vaulted ceilings and arched windows, provides diners with an elegant yet relaxed ambiance as well as spectacular panoramic views of the lake. The menu comprises a mix of classic and contemporary dishes with an emphasis upon fresh, seasonal and local produce. The Catalina Restaurant is open for Dinner every night from 18:30-21:30 and for 'Sunday Best' lunch from 13:00-14:30. The Catalina Restaurant-Awarded Two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.

THE GRAZING MENU
The Blaney Bar offers eclectic dining in smaller portions, where we recommend that guests select two dishes per person followed by their choice of dessert and/or cheese. Our drinks list in the bar is based on specially selected wines, a wide selection of cocktails, beers and spirits and includes an exclusive Irish Whiskey Collection.

AFTERNOON TEAS IN THE GARDEN HALL
Enjoy The Resort’s selection of Afternoon Tea’s in the company of friends and family, in the comfort of The Garden Hall, by the Log Fire with views over Castle Hume Lough or out on The Terrace. Traditional Afternoon Tea is served daily between 14:00-16:30 or for true indulgence, sample our Chocolate Afternoon Tea coupled with our unique ‘Death by Chocolate’ Cocktail (available Weekends 14:00-17:00) and for a special treat enjoy Pink Afternoon Tea served with a Glass of Billecart-Salmon Rose Champagne, The Resort’s preferred Champagne.

THE LOUGHSIDE BAR & GRILL
The Loughside Bar & Grill, offers an extensive choice of items from the Grill, featuring Dexter Beef, which originates from the South West Ireland and is a distinctive rare breed of sweet tasting beef. This offers diners a unique dining experience to enjoy some of Ireland’s best beef.
Directly overlooking The Faldo Championship Course and Castle Hume Lough, the 70 Seat Bar and Grill includes a terrace so diners can take in the spectacular views while enjoying their meal.
