Browns In Town and its sister restaurant Browns Bonds Hill are the only restaurants in the city recommended in the Michelin Guide and at Browns In Town, Browns great food is complemented by the perfect Browns cocktails and beers.

Local foodies and curious out of town visitors are treated to a gastronomic treat created by Chef Patron Ian Orr in a warm and welcoming setting while enjoying the best in local produce from a value for money set menu with dishes to suit any taste.

Ian is one of Northern Ireland's best known chefs and was instrumental in developing Tourism Northern Ireland's new signature dish for the Year of Food and Drink. He frequently appears on local and national television showcasing his culinary skills and was named Chef of the Year in 2013. He won Best Chef in Northern Ireland seven times.
