Artis (Latin for ‘Craft’) was opened by Chef Phelim O'Hagan (Great British Menu Northern Ireland Finalist 2021) in December 2021. Situated in the Craft Village, in the heart of Derry City, Artis brings a new high end Michelin Recommended dining experience to the North West of Ireland.
Using the best quality Irish ingredients sourced from local suppliers, fisheries, farms or foraged from the surrounding area; Phelim and his team bring unique dishes to the menu prepared using both traditional and modern techniques all while using creative ways to maximize the full potential of each and every ingredient and minimize food waste.
