The Open plan Living/Dining and Kitchen area offer panoramic views through large glass fronted patio doors overlooking the Marina and Lough and access to patio area.

Comfortable accommodating 4 persons in 2 Bedrooms all of which have large windows overlooking the view. Twin Bedroom offers ensuite and 2nd Bedroom has Kingsize Bed making it ideal for families.  

Modern décor and all conveniences are available including TV in each Bedroom. 

Terraced area to front with Table and Seating and BBQ facilities. Wi-Fi and Satellite TV is available in all our accommodation.

Guests have access to a Private Jetty so are welcome to bring their own boat or water toys. We also hire Day boats, Paddleboards and Kayaks on site.

We highly recommend guests experience a tour at our neighbours at The Boatyard Distillery- a chance to learn about the distilling of their world-renowned gin, get to try a few samples and label your own bottle of Gin to take home.

We are ideally located to explore the many areas of natural beauty and the walks of the UNESCO designated Geopark. Lough Navar offers an array of walks and mountain biking trails of all levels a mere 10 minutes drive from Tullybay. A challenge awaits at Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail also known at the Stairway to Heaven which meanders through one of the largest expanses of blanket bog in Northern Ireland, traversing over tracks, boardwalk and staircase. A steep climb is required to reach the viewing platform which provides breath taking views of the surrounding low lands.

The beaches of Donegal and Sligo along the Wild Atlantic Way are within easy reach.

For the golf enthusiast the Lough Erne Resort is home to two Championship Golf Courses, The Faldo Course and Castle Hume Course and is located 5 minutes from Tullybay.
