About

The Vandees Boutique B&B is a superb, spacious and architecturally designed home located in the Hamlet of Aghalee, County Armagh, near the scenic Lough Neagh. Chosen to feature in the NI House of The Year programme, a warm welcome in tranquil surroundings awaits you here.

Charming guest rooms are equipped with modern comforts such as hair dryers, tea and coffee making facilities and mineral water.

Complimentary toiletries are provided and wireless access throughout the home. Guests can relax in the chill out room complete with television. Your host Jean Paul speaks a variety of languages and his wife Noreen, a passionate artist, displays many of her pieces of work throughout the house. Her other passion is food and grows many of her own ingredients.

A sumptuous breakfast is freshly prepared every morning; guests won’t be disappointed with the traditional Ulster Fry.

Ideally situated between the International & City Airports, The Vandees is the perfect base for exploring, and it’s centrally located for visiting most of the major tourist attractions. Award winning pubs and restaurants within 3-4 miles.

Noreen's nettle tea and nettle cordial has become a guest favourite along with her homemade nettle hair tonic and salve which are all available to purchase during your stay.

Guests have also the opportunity to book onto Noreen's Nettlefest Food and Drink Experience.
