About

Historical Elegance Reborn

Nestled in the heart of Belfast’s historic Queen’s Quarter, The Regency awaits. Our timeless and bespoke residences are fully serviced and ready to welcome you. Each residence is unique and offers our short or long stay guests and unforgettable experience.

Exquisite Georgian architecture influences the entire essence of this historic building, passionately restored to its former glory and exuding character, charm and extravagance.   The Regency effortlessly blends the grace of a by-gone era with all the modern must-haves required for easy living. From highspeed broadband and dedicated workspaces to a fully equipped kitchen, packed with premium appliances.  Each residence has been thoughtfully created and beautifully finished.

An Exceptional Experience

Your experience at The Regency will be as unique as the building itself.   When you visit The Regency, we invite you to step back and take the time to appreciate the finer things in life.

Enjoy a quiet night by the fire.  Take a trip down memory lane with a classic album from our vinyl library.  Relax in a beautiful cast iron or copper bath.  Or perhaps you prefer the outdoors.  Step into our enchanting courtyard and gather around the fire pit with a coffee or a nightcap. Or escape with a good book and a glass of wine into your own private garden, straight from the comfort of our ground floor residences.

Stunning Location

You’ll find The Regency tucked neatly into South Belfast’s Upper Crescent, a leafy part of town overlooking Crescent Park.  We are just a few minutes from the city centre, a 15-minute drive from the city’s airport and only an hour or so from Dublin. So, you can be right in the heart of it all, in no time.

At Your Service

We want your experience with us to be exceptional, and so we are on hand throughout your stay to assist you in any way we can. The Regency offers unintrusive housekeeping, concierge, and security as well as a private chauffeur service.  Whether visiting Belfast for business or pleasure, there’s no question; you’ve found the perfect place.

Quite simply, this is where luxury lives.
