Offering space and amenities to satisfy all the relatives' comfort and independence.The house has four bedrooms; one double en suite, one triple (double and single)a small bunk room and one twin; kitchen, lounge, bathroom and additional separate toilet. Ramped entrance, wheelchair width ground floor, wider corridors and a level access shower area. There is oil fired central heating throughout, controlling radiators and power showers. Front room also has a wood burner. There is an enclosed garden and play area for children.
Situated three miles outside Limavady, we are central for day trips around the North West by the coastal route or shopping trips in either direction.
