Welcome to the Barraghan, a hidden gem in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands. Nestled on the edge of our farm, our hideaway offers guests seclusion and uninterrupted rural countryside views.  It is the place for solitude, relaxation and rest. It even has its own wood burning hot tub and bespoke outside area – perfect for embracing a slower pace of life. Our rustic stylish hut is ideal for year-round stays and romantic getaways. The interior is meticulously decorated to blend rustic charm with modern luxury, promising a memorable and comfortable stay.

Whether you are looking to unwind in your private hot tub, explore the local attractions, or simply relax in your tranquil hut, the Barraghan is the perfect place to stay.

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child, (suitable for under 10 years old).

Indulge in comfort with our double bed with storage underneath for luggage. There is an addtonal Sofa Bed, perfect for one extra guest or child, our foldable sofa bed offers comfort and flexibility. An ideal solution for accommodating additional visitors. Linen is provided. 

Our wall-mounted TV with Freeview is ideal for unwinding with your favourite shows or films.

Our en-suite shower room has a washbasin, toilet, cupboard for extra storage, heated towel rail and electric shower, ensuring hot water throughout your stay.  Toilet rolls, fresh towels, bathroom mat and two cosy dressing gowns are provided for use in the hut and the hot tub area.

Enjoy casual dining at our kitchen bar table, perfect for meals or morning coffees.  It can also be used as a desk/study area.  Our fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, and glassware.

Stay warm and comfortable throughout your stay with an electric stove. 

We have got you covered with a clean dishcloth, tea towel and washing liquid.  Additionally, a small supply of tea, coffee, and sugar is provided to kickstart your mornings. Firelighters and lighter are also available for the hot tub.

Unwind in your own private wood-fired hot tub with panoramic views of woodland, fields and the barrs of Boho.  These can be enjoyed all year-round with our bespoke outdoor pergola.  Please note that the hot tub is outdoors and therefore subject to the weather, and not temperature regulated.  There is a floating thermometer in the tub so you can check the temperature is correct. 

Children must always be supervised when using the hot tub and caution should be used when entering and exiting. Please read and adhere to Hot Tub safety rules and user instructions. These will be provided at the property.

Dine al fresco at our bistro table. Sit and savour the space and countryside with the sounds of animals and the Barraghan waterfall as your backdrop.

You also have your own parking space included behind the hut.

Check in from 15:00 and check out at 11:00.  Access to the key for guest's arrival and departure will be discussed with every guest prior to their stay.

The village of Derrygonnelly is located nearby and provides a range of local amenities including two shops, a post office, a coffee shop, two pubs and a chip shop.  The village of Boho is only a few miles away in the other direction.  Boho was used for the filming of Game of Thrones and it also encompasses the last thatched pub in the county – the Linnet Inn. 

Fermanagh Lakelands is popular with walkers, potholers, cyclists and history lovers with many trails, caves, tracks and castles to explore. The nearby rivers and Lough Erne are perfect for water sport enthusiasts and fishing. The Lough Erne Resort Golf course is also nearby. 

If the weather takes a turn, there are plenty of indoor activities and attractions to keep you entertained.
