Offering 3 styles of guestroom accommodations, including the contemporary, chic standard rooms; the deluxe offering of our re-imagined rooms in the original 19th century linen warehouse, to the brand new Executive guestroom accommodations.

Many of the guestrooms offer impressive views of Belfast city centre and the hills beyond. The hotel offers a selection of premium suites ranging from luxurious junior suites, a 'group suite' for up to ten persons inclusive of a rooftop hot-tub and terrace, to the ultimate in comfort and style, by way of the sublime Jaffe Penthouse, boasting some of the finest views in all of Belfast.

The presidential-style Jaffe Penthouse offers unrivalled luxury accommodation in the heart of the city; elegant, contemporary furnishings & an extensive roof top terrace, perched high above Belfast City Hall.

The newly presented accommodations are complemented with the refurbished Jospers Restaurant and Linen Bar on the ground floor, both of which are thriving social hubs for city dwellers and tourists alike. For those seeking calm and tranquility in the heart of the city, and the finest in bespoke cocktails, fine teas and incredible Belfast views, the newly opened rooftop bar, The Loft, is the ideal retreat.

The hotel now boasts uniquely designed function rooms accommodating gatherings of up to 50 guests or as many as 300 in the redesigned Linen Hall Suite, in the beautiful 19th century linen warehouse. Business meetings are provided for by way of meeting boardrooms for up to 10 persons.
