Welcome to our peaceful and unique countryside cottage which is nestled in the stunning landscapes of Dromore, County Down. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the tranquility and charm of rural living.

Saughyard Cottage is surrounded by rolling green fields, ancient woodlands, and breathtaking views. The perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful getaway.

Saughyard Cottage boasts a bright sun room, a living room, a dining area, kitchen and utility room. It has two bathrooms and three large bedrooms (en-suite in main bedroom).  It also has a private, gated driveway and a beautiful large garden around the cottage, which boasts breathtaking countryside views and a picnic area.  Guests will be able to access the whole house and garden area.

The cottage is located 1 mile from Dromore town, 30 minute drive to Belfast and 90 minute drive to Dublin Airport.

It is a short drive from Dromore to Belfast (approx 25 minutes), Lisburn and Banbridge via the  A1 road/M1 motorway. 

Belfast International Airport is about 40 minutes away using the A26 (Moira-Antrim road) while Dublin Airport is around 90 mins away using the A1/M1

 

Public Transport Directions

If you are travelling by public transport, you can stop in Dromore Town Centre and walk from there (15 minute walk).
