This is a detached three bedroom house on the outskirts of Enniskillen. It consists of a kitchen/dinette with open fire and back boiler, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, large sitting room with open fire, dining room/living room with open fire. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a newly built porch and wet room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms with double beds and fully equipped bathroom.There is a TV in the kitchen and TV and DVD player in the living room. There will be a welcome pack of tea, coffee and home bakes.
Location: situated three minutes walk from the Round ‘O’ Boat Quay which has an excellent play park, band stand, mooring facilities for cruisers and the Kestrel touring boat which runs regular guided tours on Lough Erne. Another three minute walk takes you into the historic island town of Enniskillen where there are many attractions including Enniskillen Castle Museums, Butter Market, Forum Leisure Centre, water sports, Ardhowen Theatre, good shops and restaurants.
Forty minutes drive takes you to County Donegal where there is some beautiful scenery and sandy beaches. Less than a thirty minute drive takes you to some outstanding scenery in Fermanagh like Lough Navar and Carrickreagh view points, Florencecourt House and surrounding hills and caves, Marble Arch Caves and geo park and Cuilcagh Boardwalk. There are several walking trails and historic buildings nearby including Necarne Castle and several National Trust properties like Castle Coole, Crom and Florencecourt.
