Ocean View Pods at Glenarm Castle

About

Our 4* stylish and super comfortable Glenarm Castle Ocean View pods offer a perfect rural getaway along the Causeway Coastal Route.

Named as one of the top 10 places to stay in the ‘Irish Independent Fab 50’, the pods are located just a 2 minute walk away from the Glenarm Castle Estate, where you can make use of all that we have on offer.  From delicious food in the Tea Room for breakfast and lunch to refreshing those taste buds with a scoop (or two) of gelato ice cream from The Milk Parlour. Fabulous retail at the Castle Shop, The Byre, and Causeway Aromatics to name a few then unwind with enchanted walks around the historic Walled Garden, intriguing museums and Woodland Walks.

As for the pods, they're all part of your holiday experience. They're cosy, fully furnished and have all the comforts of home including electric, running water, mini fridge and heating. Plus, they're located with ocean views and looking across our stunning estate.

Each is individually decorated, reflecting the surroundings, but all feature an expansive glazed entrance, coffee dock, shower room, and somewhere to sit and relax. Pods are for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) with a comfy double bed and hotel-quality bed-linen included, plus integrated bunkbeds tucked away, ideal for tweens or teens. Wi-Fi comes as standard, as do slots to charge phones and laptops. BBQ and camp fire pack are recommended!

The latest addition to the pod site is our eco-friendly Wood Fired Hot Tub, exclusive to Pod 1 Bay View guests only. So after a long day of exploring the local attractions, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub, whilst soaking up the stunning views of Glenarm Bay and Marina.

Just a meander from the coast, you’re also within reach of spectacular scenery and attractions. Drive to Dunluce Castle, sandy beaches, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, the Giant’s Causeway, The Gobbins and whiskey distilleries.

Go beyond the ordinary and stay somewhere cosy and stylish with nature on your doorstep.
