About

Large, spacious accommodation offering an extensive range of amenities to satisfy all the family's comfort. A recently installed kitchen features hob/cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee percolator.

The house has four bedrooms; one double en suite, one triple (double and single) a small bunk room and one twin; kitchen, lounge, bathroom with large bath and additional separate toilet.
Designed to facilitate disabled guests with ramped entrance, wheelchair width ground floor, wider corridors and a level access shower area.

There is oil fired central heating throughout, controlling radiators and power showers. Front room also has a wood burner for additional warmth and ambiance.

Situated three miles outside Limavady, we are central for day trips around the North West by the coastal route or shopping trips in either direction.
